Dr. Oz, Priscilla Shirer, Carl Lentz partner for “Faithful Fridays” show

How can faith transform your life, your career, your happiness? How can you live a life of blessings?

That’s the intro to Dr. Mehmet Oz’s new Faithful Fridays show. The Muslim television TV celebrity doctor known for teaming up with Saddleback’s Rick Warren to launch the “Daniel Plan” diet, small group, and sermon series is now teaming up with The War Room’s Priscilla Shirer and Hillsong New York Pastor Carl Lentz, among others.

Shirer’s affinity for contemplative prayer an extra-biblical revelation can be found  HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.

OZ, who says his mother-in-law is a minister, will kick off a new 30-day initiative in February called the Blessed 30 Challenge, in which his audience will spend time each day thinking about the good in their lives.

The series also features Seventh Day Adventist preacher and Hollywood film executive DeVon Franklin, whose focus will be in the power of prayer and miracles, and promoting his film titled, “Miracles from Heaven”.

There are many instances of Dr. Oz promoting sorcerers and psychics:

You may remember how Dr. Oz told his millions of viewers to try Reiki, and even brought a Reiki master onto his show to demonstrate. Reiki is a type of “energy healing” that is based on the New Age chakra system and puts those practicing it into contact with the realm of familiar spirits. Dr. Oz’s wife is also a Reiki practitioner.

His wife Lisa is a Reiki master. beyond Islam, Oz was introduced and attached himself to the Protestant mysticism of his wife’s religion–Swedenborgian Christianity. This small, mostly unknown sect of Protestantism is based around the teachings of Emanuel Swedenborg, who was known for his God-inspired trances (similar to the whirling, spinning trances advocated by the Sufi Muslims) and his out-of-body experiences during which Swedenborg claims to have visited various planets in the solar system.

In the end, we are told there will be one world religion as I gather from all being made to bow down before the image of the beast. There is a big divide between unity and truth. The most difficult with whom to share truth are those who desire unity at the expense of truth and call themselves Christians. We are living in perilous times.

Amen and amen! People would rather compromise than be labeled something unkind. Jesus said we will be hated for His name’s sake if we truly follow Him. The Great Apostasy is not some future event, we are living in it now, when it is complete the Antichrist will be revealed. I’d say we have to be more concerned with those that call themselves Christians, but are not for they will be the first to turn on the brethren. Wholesale apostatizing is the norm today, and the blind sheep happily follow along.

Priscilla Shirer and her brother, Anthony Evans, are the offspring of pastor Tony Evans. They promote questionable causes and questionable doctrine. The father (Tony) used to be considered orthodox and one of the better ones feeding the sheep in the black community. However, among a host of other questionable alliances, he has joined his children in much of this rot. Nothing is untouched as is evidenced by these links:
