Classroom lesson on 911 stuns a Texas mom

September 11, 2001 attacks in New York City: V...

How would you react if your child were taught that America is to blame for the September 11, 2001 attacks on our nation?  One mom from Texas was going through her child’s homework when she discovered an assignment with questions and answers that suggest America was to blame for the 9/11 attacks.  She soon learned that her child’s 5th grade class isn’t the only one implementing radical leftist curricula.

This mom, Kara Sands of Corpus Christi, Texas, posted photos of the test on Facebook so that others would be aware of what Flour Bluff Intermediate School was teaching. The questionable content included this:

“Why might the United States be a target for terrorism?” The answer? “Decisions we made in the United States have had negative effects on people elsewhere.”

“I’m not going to justify radical terrorists by saying we did anything to deserve that — over 3,000 people died,” Sands told KRIS-TV.

There is a line in a not so old Clint Eastwood film, "We all got it comin' kid." Only those people's and nations which place The Lord first can claim to be pure, because righteousness must be imputed through faith before it can be demonstrated. The US has done much, especially at the hands of the CIA in the years after WWII to stir up hatred. And of course our Nation has also done much good. Either way, the attacks of 9/11 was an act of murder, no matter who the perpetrators were, or how many people knew in advance or should have known.

"There is none righteous, no not one."

The evil are called the sword of the LORD so a question needs to be asked: Why is the Lord's wrath stired up against us? I am by no means just and I see all kinds of reasons the USA should be wipped out for it's injustice. Yet we are still here and so I am reminded of the heart of the Lord that He is longsuffering towards the wicked not desiring any to perish but that all would come to repentance. So I weep that they refuse to repent to seek after God. As a nation we are clearly under a delusion that we will not receive the truth.

With out Christ Jesus there is no peace for His peace that He gives is the only one that matters. Who cares then what man can do to me if I am at peace with God almighty maker of heaven and earth and all that is in them.

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33

He has over come every thing this word has to offer (sin and death).

    To God be the glory!
